About

Non-profit organization in northern Arizona dedicated to monarch conservation in the western North America. The purposes of our organization are 1) education, development and research to conserve and protect the habitat and host plants (milkweeds) of the imperiled monarch butterfly in Arizona. 2) provide environmental education services to K-12 and the general public through public lectures, workshops, and outreach materials, and in addition provide student internships to train students in conservation strategies in support of monarch butterfly populations, and 3) develop knowledge on milkweed culture; provide milkweed seed and plants to government agencies, non-profit botanical gardens and the public; establish monarch butterfly conservation areas.

We believe in the conservation of monarch butterflies and their habitats. We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment and the future of these beautiful creatures.
